Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact, tour, or consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your loved one's care needs.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL.
  • Website Visitor Identification (Dapper ID™). See the dedicated section below.

Website Visitor Identification (Dapper ID™)

What it is: Memory Lane uses a website visitor identification service ("Dapper ID™") provided by Dapper Market Solutions that can, in some cases, identify visitors to memorylanehome.com who have NOT submitted a form. This technology uses identity-resolution techniques (including hashed-email matching against third-party data partners) to associate a website visit with name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

What we do with it: We use this information to follow up with prospective families about memory care services, send relevant information (such as our care brochure), and answer questions a family may have started forming when researching memory care.

What it is NOT: This is not cookie-based tracking and does not involve recording your screen, capturing your keystrokes, or building a behavioral profile across sites. It is an identity resolution lookup performed at the time of your visit.

How to opt out: You can opt out by emailing info@memorylanehome.com with the subject line "Visitor ID Opt-Out" and your name and email address. Once we receive your request, we will suppress your record and will not contact you using information obtained through this service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it's used. No tracking cookies are set until you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. We use Google Tag Manager to load:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — to understand aggregate site traffic patterns.
  • Meta Pixel / Google Ads conversion tags — to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, if running.

Consent Mode v2 is enabled — when you decline cookies, analytics and advertising signals are sent only in a cookieless, anonymized form. You can change your preferences any time using the "Cookie Settings" button in the bottom-left of the site.

Form submissions and email

When you submit a form, your information is sent to our team via email (delivered through Resend) and may be added to our customer relationship management ("CRM") system. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who we share data with

We share information only with service providers we use to operate the site and respond to inquiries:

  • Vercel (web hosting)
  • Resend (email delivery for form notifications)
  • Google Analytics + Google Tag Manager (analytics)
  • Dapper Market Solutions (Dapper ID™ visitor identification — see above)
  • Long-term care insurance partners, only when explicitly arranged with you

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or delete that information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of the Dapper ID™ visitor identification service (see above)
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context advertising)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@memorylanehome.com with a description of your request. We will respond within 45 days.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up about our memory care services, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time using the email above.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
